Product Overview
Description
The Prime Snow Blade is built for fast, controlled snow removal with skid steers and compact track loaders. Instead of constantly lifting and dumping snow with a bucket, operators can hydraulically angle the blade up to 30 degrees left or right and keep pushing material toward the edge of the lot, lane, or driveway.
Available in 6', 7', and 8' widths, the Prime Snow Blade is a strong fit for parking lots, commercial properties, farmyards, driveways, equipment yards, and municipal cleanup. Adjustable skid shoes help the blade follow ground contours and protect the surface below the snow, while the 4-spring trip design helps protect the attachment and machine if the cutting edge catches an obstacle. A 3/4" hardened steel reversible cutting edge, greaseable pivot pin, hoses, and flat-face couplers are included.
Features
- Hydraulic Pivot: Angle the blade up to 30 degrees left or right without leaving the cab.
- 4-Spring Trip Design: Helps protect the blade and machine when the cutting edge catches an obstacle.
- Adjustable Skid Shoes: Set the cutting depth and help the blade follow uneven ground.
- Reversible Cutting Edge: 3/4" bolt-on hardened steel edge can be flipped for longer service life.
- Heavy-Duty Construction: All-steel build is made for winter snow removal work.
- Greaseable Pivot Pin: Makes routine maintenance easier during the season.
- Universal Quick Attach: Fits skid steers and compact track loaders with SSQA mounting.
- Ready to Hook Up: Hoses and flat-face couplers are included.
Benefits
Angle Snow From the Cab
Hydraulically pivot the blade up to 30 degrees left or right to keep snow rolling toward the edge of the property.
Protect the Surface Below
Adjustable skid shoes help the cutting edge follow uneven ground and reduce damage to pavement, concrete, and other finished surfaces.
Built-In Trip Protection
Four trip springs allow the blade to give when it catches an obstacle, helping protect the blade and machine during snow removal.
Heavy-Duty Winter Build
All-steel construction and a 3/4" hardened reversible cutting edge make it a strong fit for repeated winter use.
Ideal For
- Snow removal contractors clearing commercial lots, driveways, loading areas, and private roads.
- Farmers cleaning barnyards, equipment lots, lanes, shop entrances, and feed areas.
- Property owners maintaining acreages, long driveways, parking areas, and outbuildings.

FAQs
What do the trip springs do?
The four trip springs allow the blade to move when it catches an obstacle, helping reduce stress on the attachment and machine.
Why choose a snow blade instead of a bucket?
A snow blade is better for continuously pushing and windrowing snow across driveways, lots, and lanes. A bucket is still useful when you need to lift and stack piles.
Can the cutting edge be replaced?
Yes. The 3/4" hardened steel cutting edge is bolt-on and reversible, so it can be flipped before replacement is needed.
What are the adjustable skid shoes for?
The skid shoes help set blade height and protect the surface beneath the snow, especially on uneven pavement or gravel.
Which width should I choose?
Choose a blade wide enough to cover your machine’s tracks or tires when angled. The right size also depends on machine weight, traction, property size, and typical snow conditions.
