Who is ECHO Equipment?
Randy Larson and Justin Helmers are the co-owners of ECHO Eqpt. Both were born and raised in NE Iowa, and together, they've owned a small business for over 20 years. A common phrase you'll hear them say over and over again is, “We are not out to make enemies." Justin and Randy will treat you right and assure that you'll walk away a happy customer.
Justin and Randy understand what it’s like to be on the consumer side of the sale. They have more than 60 years of eastern Iowa sales experience combined. They believe the customer should be treated as the most important part of the sales transaction, and that is what they strive to do.
We recently brought on a new team member and our first remote employee, Trent Sanguinet. Based out of Spokane, Washington, Trent brings 7 years of hands-on experience in the equipment industry across sales, marketing, and web development.
A U.S. Army veteran and graduate of the University of Washington with a degree in Business Administration, Trent is focused on one thing: making it easier for customers to find the right attachment, get answers quickly, and get back to work.
He shares the same no-nonsense, work-first mindset as the Iowa crew and constantly pushes to improve how ECHO serves its customers both online and over the phone.
