Estimated shipping only — your final shipping cost is confirmed at checkout.
The Prime Attachments Skid Steer Pallet Forks are built for moving lumber, pallets, pipe, block, equipment, and other materials around construction sites, farms, and properties. The walk-through frame keeps access to the cab clear, while the adjustable forks make it easy to set the spacing for different loads.
Choose the lighter 4,000-lb. setup for general material handling, or step up to the 5,500-lb. configuration for heavier work and more carriage and fork-length options. The milled slider system and locking levers make fork adjustments straightforward, while the reinforced frame is built for regular skid steer use.
Features
- Walk-Through Frame: Leaves the center of the carriage open for easier entry and exit from the skid steer cab.
- Adjustable Fork Spacing: Move the forks across the carriage to match pallets, lumber bundles, pipe, and other loads.
- Easy Locking Lever Adjustment: Forks can be re-positioned and secured without complicated controls.
- 4,000- or 5,500-Lb. Fork Options: Choose the setup that best matches your machine and material-handling needs.
- Milled Top Slider Bar: The 5,500-lb. setup uses a professionally milled 1-1/4″ × 3″ slider bar for smooth fork adjustment.
- 4″ Adjustment Increments: Notched slider positions provide multiple spacing options across the carriage.
- Reinforced Lower Rail: A 1/2″ welded T-style lower rail adds strength to the 5,500-lb. frame.
- Multiple Carriage and Fork Lengths: Choose a 4′ or 5′ wide carriage, then pair it with 4′, 5′, or 6′ forks to match the size and type of loads you handle.
- Mix-and-Match Configurations: Pair carriage width and fork length to fit the way you work.

What are skid steer pallet forks used for?
Pallet forks are useful for moving pallets, lumber, pipe, landscape block, building materials, equipment, and other loads that can be supported safely on a pair of forks.
What is the difference between the 4,000-lb. and 5,500-lb. pallet forks?
The 4,000-lb. option is a lighter 4′ × 4′ setup for general material handling. The 5,500-lb. version uses the heavier walk-through frame and is available with additional carriage and fork-length combinations for more demanding work.
Does a 5,500-lb. fork rating mean my skid steer can lift 5,500 lb.?
No. The fork rating is the capacity of the pallet fork assembly, not the lifting capacity of your skid steer. Your machine’s rated operating capacity, tipping load, lift height, load position, and stability determine how much you can safely handle.
What does 4′ × 5′ mean on the pallet fork options?
The first measurement is the width of the carriage, which is the upright frame the forks slide across. The second measurement is the fork length. A 4′ × 5′ setup uses a 4-foot-wide carriage with 5-foot forks.
What carriage sizes are available?
The 5,500-lb. pallet forks are available with either a 4′ or 5′ carriage.
What fork lengths are available?
Fork options include 4′, 5′, and 6′ lengths, depending on the carriage configuration you choose.
Why would I choose longer pallet forks?
Longer forks can be useful for lumber bundles, oversized pallets, pipe, and other long or deep loads. Keep in mind that moving the load farther away from the machine reduces effective lifting capacity and can affect stability.
How do the forks adjust?
The forks slide across the carriage and lock into position with manual locking levers. The milled top slider bar is notched at regular intervals to provide multiple spacing positions.
What is the advantage of the walk-through frame?
The open center gives the operator a clearer path between the attachment and the skid steer cab, which is especially useful on machines where a solid backrest can make entry and exit awkward.
Do the Pallet Forks require auxiliary hydraulics?
No. These pallet forks adjust manually and do not require auxiliary hydraulics.
Can I use these forks for logs or irregular loads?
Pallet forks can handle lumber, pipe, logs, and other long material when the load can be safely supported and balanced. If you frequently handle loose or irregular material that needs to be clamped in place, a pallet fork grapple may be the better choice.
Note: Compatibility depends on your machine’s universal quick-attach system, rated operating capacity, tipping load, machine weight, and the load you intend to carry. The pallet fork rating does not increase your skid steer’s lifting capacity. Always verify your own machine specifications before lifting heavy material.
