Estimated shipping only — your final shipping cost is confirmed at checkout.
The Prime Attachments Skid Steer Concrete Hopper is designed to move fresh concrete from the truck to places that are difficult to reach directly. Fill the hopper, carry the load with your skid steer, and use the hydraulic gate to control the pour at the job site.
A removable 36″ chute helps direct concrete into forms, footings, pads, post holes, and other tight areas with better placement control than a standard bucket. Built from commercial-grade steel, the hopper is a practical option for contractors, farms, and property projects where access is limited.
Features

What is a skid steer concrete hopper used for?
A concrete hopper lets you transport and place concrete with your skid steer in areas where a concrete truck cannot reach the pour directly. Common jobs include pads, footings, sidewalks, post holes, barn work, driveways, and other tight-access projects.
What is the capacity of the Prime Attachments Concrete Hopper?
The Concrete Hopper has a 3/4-cubic-yard capacity, giving skid steer operators a practical amount of concrete per load for pads, footings, post holes, walkways, and other pours where truck access is limited.
How does the hydraulic opening help control the pour?
The hydraulic opening lets the operator control when material is released from the hopper instead of simply tipping a bucket and letting everything flow at once. That gives you better control around forms and smaller pour areas.
Does the Concrete Hopper come with a chute?
Yes. Prime includes a removable 36″ material chute to help direct the concrete where you want it. The chute can also be removed for transport, storage, or jobs where it is not needed. Prime Attachments
Does the Concrete Hopper require auxiliary hydraulics?
Yes. Auxiliary hydraulics are required to operate the hydraulic-controlled opening.
Does it require high-flow hydraulics?
Prime does not list high flow as a requirement for the Concrete Hopper. The attachment needs compatible auxiliary hydraulics to operate the discharge mechanism, but always check your machine’s hydraulic specifications before ordering.
Is this a concrete mixer bucket?
No. The Concrete Hopper is designed primarily to transport and place concrete. It does not mix concrete like a dedicated mixer bucket.
Can I use it where a concrete truck cannot reach?
Yes. That is one of the main reasons to use a skid steer concrete hopper. You can load the hopper near the truck, then carry the concrete into barns, backyards, job sites, or other areas with limited truck access. Prime specifically promotes the hopper for tight placement work. Prime Attachments Blog
Can the chute be removed?
Yes. Prime describes the 36″ material chute as easily removable, which helps with storage, transport, and jobs where a shorter discharge point works better.
How much does the Concrete Hopper weigh?
The attachment weighs 500 lb. Remember that the machine also has to handle the concrete inside the hopper, so empty attachment weight should not be used by itself when determining whether your skid steer is large enough.
How do I know if my skid steer can safely use the Concrete Hopper?
Check your machine’s rated operating capacity, tipping load, auxiliary hydraulics, quick-attach system, and the actual weight of the concrete you plan to carry. Concrete is a dense material, so full-load capacity matters much more here than it does with an empty attachment.
Note: Compatibility depends on your machine’s universal quick-attach system, auxiliary hydraulics, rated operating capacity, tipping load, and the actual weight of the concrete being carried. Always check your own machine’s specifications before ordering. A machine may physically mount the hopper without having enough capacity to safely carry it when full.

Prime Attachments displays a two-year manufacturer warranty on the Concrete Hopper. Warranty coverage is subject to Prime’s terms, exclusions, proper operation, and normal wear provisions.
Reduce wheelbarrow work.
Carry concrete with the skid steer instead of moving load after load by hand, especially when the pour is too far from the truck for direct placement.
Pour in tight-access areas.
Use the skid steer to reach barns, backyards, sidewalks, pads, fence lines, and other places where getting the concrete truck directly beside the forms is not practical.
Control where the material goes.
The hydraulic opening and removable chute give you better control over placement than simply dumping concrete from a standard bucket.
Keep the setup straightforward.
The hopper is purpose-built around transporting and placing material, with a removable chute and simple hydraulic discharge instead of unnecessary moving parts.
