The ECHO 20 Ton Pneumatic Sprayer Jack & Stand is designed specifically for safely lifting and supporting high-clearance agricultural sprayers during tire service and maintenance. Unlike many sprayer jacks that rely on a single unsupported vertical lifting tube, the ECHO jack features an integrated support stand that stabilizes the lifting column and helps prevent tipping during operation. ~52" minimum height – ~83" max height.
The jack also incorporates multiple safety pin holes in the upper lift tube, allowing operators to raise the sprayer and then lower the load onto a mechanical safety pin rather than relying solely on pneumatic pressure. This added safety feature provides a more secure way to support heavy equipment during service. Also also allows you to gain another 8" of lift for swapping from shorter to taller tires or when overcoming the sag from air ride suspensions.
With pneumatic lifting power, spring-loaded casters, and heavy-duty construction, the ECHO jack is built to safely handle the demands of servicing large agricultural sprayers in the shop or field.
Features
What makes this safer than a standard sprayer jack?
Most sprayer jacks rely on an unsupported vertical tube. This system includes a built-in support stand and safety pin locking, so the load isn’t relying only on air pressure.
Why are safety pins important?
Once lifted, you can lower the machine onto a mechanical pin, eliminating the risk of pressure loss or failure during service.
Can this lift large sprayers and floaters?
Yes – the 20 ton capacity is designed specifically for large high-clearance sprayers and similar equipment.
Can I use this in the field or just in a shop?
Both. The caster system allows easy movement, making it practical for field service or shop environments.
What’s the advantage over bottle jacks or cribbing?
Does it work for switching tire sizes?
Yes – the pin system allows additional lift height, which helps when switching between different tire sizes or compensating for suspension sag.

Safer Than Traditional Sprayer Jacks
The integrated stand supports the vertical lifting tube to reduce the risk of tipping – a common issue with unsupported jack designs.
Mechanical Safety Locking
Pin holes in the lift tube allow the operator to lower the sprayer onto a steel safety pin instead of relying only on pneumatic pressure.
Easy Equipment Positioning
Spring-loaded casters allow the jack to easily roll into position under high-clearance sprayers and around the shop for storage.
Fast Pneumatic Operation
Air powered lifting makes raising large machines quicker and easier during tire changes or maintenance.
At ECHO Equipment, we actually use and support the equipment we sell. You’re not getting generic answers - you’re talking to people who understand how this equipment works in the field. That means faster answers, better recommendations, and no wasted time trying to figure things out on your own.
We’re easy to work with. If something breaks, tell us what actually happened and be honest with us (a good sense of humor doesn’t hurt either). We’re often known to help out even outside of standard warranty terms. And if it’s on us, we’ll own it and make it right. No excuses, no finger pointing - just real support when it matters.
