Estimated shipping only — your final shipping cost is confirmed at checkout.
The RockHound 72B Skid Steer Landscape Rake combines rock removal, debris collection, and finish grading in one attachment. Its 72″ working width uses powered rake bars to separate rocks and debris from the soil and collect them inside the bucket while the cutting edge levels the surface, making it well suited to seedbed preparation, sod prep, new construction, and landscape renovation.
The 72B picks up rocks as small as 3/4″, while replaceable high-strength teeth handle repeated ground contact. Adjustable skid shoes control working depth, and the hydraulically operated top cover opens for quick dumping once the 12-cu.-ft. collection bucket is full.

What does the RockHound 72B do?
The 72B rakes rocks and debris out of the soil, collects the material inside its bucket, and levels the surface as you work. It can replace several separate passes of hand raking, rock collection, and finish grading.
What size rocks will it pick up?
The 72B can collect rocks as small as 3/4″. For normal operation, larger rocks should be removed before raking the area.
How does the 72B collect material?
Powered rake bars move through the soil as the skid steer travels backward. Rocks and debris are separated from the soil and carried into the bucket while the attachment levels the surface.
Can it prepare ground for seed or sod?
Yes. Ground preparation is one of the 72B’s primary applications. It can remove rock and debris while creating a smoother surface before seeding or laying sod.
How is the working depth adjusted?
Adjustable skid shoes control how deeply the rake bars work into the soil. Extremely compacted ground may need to be loosened before raking.
How do you empty the collected material?
A hydraulic cylinder opens the top of the collection bucket so the operator can dump rocks and debris without manually unloading the attachment.
What hydraulic flow does the 72B need?
The 72B requires a minimum auxiliary hydraulic flow of 13 GPM. A case drain connection is also required.
Are the rake teeth replaceable?
Yes. The T-1 teeth are mounted on replaceable, bolt-on tooth bars. The bars are also reversible to extend their usable service life.
Does the 72B include hydraulic hoses and couplers?
Yes. The skid steer configuration includes the standard gear motor, hydraulic hoses, and flat-face couplers.
Note: The RockHound 72B weighs 1,450 Lbs., requires at least 13 GPM auxiliary hydraulic flow, a case drain, and a compatible universal skid steer quick-attach interface. Verify machine capacity, hydraulic configuration, and case-drain availability before ordering.

Rake, Collect, and Grade in One Pass
Instead of loosening material, hand-raking rock into piles, and returning with a bucket, the 72B separates debris from the soil and collects it as the surface is leveled.
Prepare a Cleaner Seedbed
Removing rock and debris while smoothing the soil leaves a more uniform surface for grass seed, sod, and other finished landscape work.
Cut Down on Hand Labor
The powered rake system handles the repetitive work of collecting smaller rocks that would otherwise require considerable manual raking and cleanup.
Dump Without Leaving the Machine
Once the bucket is loaded, the hydraulically operated top cover opens for unloading so material can be carried away and dumped with the skid steer.
