Estimated shipping only — your final shipping cost is confirmed at checkout.
The Buffalo Turbine Cyclone Hydraulic Skid Steer Debris Blower puts powerful, directional airflow to work using your skid steer or compact track loader’s auxiliary hydraulics. Designed to clear leaves, grass clippings, dust, dirt, and other loose debris, the Cyclone is built for maintaining large properties, cleaning paved surfaces, and clearing job sites. Its turbine-driven design eliminates the need for a separate engine, while the 360-degree rotating nozzle lets operators direct airflow where it’s needed.
Available in Standard and Mega configurations, the Cyclone offers two options for different hydraulic systems and cleanup demands. The Standard model is suited for general property maintenance and debris removal, while the Mega is intended for larger properties and more demanding applications, including aggregate and snow removal. Optional spray accessories can expand the Cyclone’s usefulness for agricultural spraying and dust control, making it a versatile attachment for farms, commercial properties, and construction operations.
Features
- Hydraulic Turbine Drive: A hydraulic motor powers the 14″ blower wheel directly from the skid steer’s auxiliary hydraulics.
- Proprietary Manifold: Allows the blower to operate across a range of flow rates, from 20 or 22 GPM up to 40 GPM depending on the model.
- Standard-Flow Operation: Runs best as a standard-flow attachment, with no high-flow system required.
- 360 Degree Nozzle Rotation: The nozzle rotates fully without reducing airflow, giving unlimited blowing angles.
- Wired Joystick Control: A momentary rocker switch joystick with a magnetic base mounts in the cab on a 12 ft. heavy-duty cable and connects to the machine’s 12-volt battery.
- Aerospace Polymer Nozzle: An impact-resistant nozzle with an approximately 12″ outlet.
- Quick Release Clamp Band: Allows fast nozzle removal for transport or switching to optional nozzles.
- Hoses Included: Heavy-duty 1″ ID pressure and return hoses with flat face quick connect couplers, a case drain hose, and a protective hose sleeve. The case drain must be connected during operation; a coupler to match your machine’s case drain port is not included.
- Pressure Relief Valve: A 200 PSI relief valve helps protect the hydraulic motor and seals if the blower is shut off suddenly at high RPM.
- Universal Skid Steer Quick Attach: Mounts to skid steers with a standard universal quick attach.
- Optional Sprayer Kits and Flexible Nozzle: Mist sprayer and atomizer kits are available for insect control, crop spraying, and dust suppression, and a flexible nozzle assembly is available for rough terrain.

What is the difference between the Standard and Mega models?
The Mega has an ideal flow rate of 22 GPM and requires at least 2,800 PSI, compared to 20 GPM and 2,200 PSI for the Standard. Both handle dust, grass, leaves, sand, and tree debris. The Mega is also rated for aggregate and snow, and for larger properties.
How much hydraulic flow does it need?
The Standard requires at least 20 GPM and the Mega at least 22 GPM, and both can handle up to 40 GPM. Both run as standard-flow attachments, so no high-flow system is needed. Flow below the minimum will reduce blower output.
Does it require a case drain?
Yes. The case drain hose must be connected whenever the blower is in use to protect the hydraulic motor and seals. Confirm that your machine has a case drain port before ordering.
Are hoses and couplers included?
Pressure and return hoses with flat face quick connect couplers are included, along with a case drain hose. A coupler to match your machine’s case drain port is not included.
How is the nozzle controlled?
A wired joystick with a magnetic base mounts in the cab and connects to the machine’s 12-volt battery. A rocker switch rotates the nozzle a full 360 degrees in either direction without reducing airflow.
What does the Flexible Nozzle Assembly do?
The Flexible Nozzle Assembly replaces the standard nozzle with a flexible, corrugated hose section and a steel tip. It’s designed for rough terrain, helping direct airflow where it’s needed on uneven ground. It’s available in various lengths and attaches with the blower’s quick release clamp band.
What does the Mist Sprayer Kit do?
The Mist Sprayer Kit turns the blower into a mist sprayer. A spray ring with three Tee Jet-style nozzles mounts on the blower, and the turbine airflow carries the spray across a wide area. It’s commonly used for insect control, weed control, and crop spraying.
What do the Atomizer Kits do?
The Atomizer Kits break liquid into a very fine mist for dust suppression, knocking down airborne dust at job sites, quarries, demolition sites, and similar areas. The Non-Oscillating Kit sprays in a fixed direction for targeting a specific area. The Oscillating Kit sweeps the mist side to side to cover a wider area without repositioning the machine.
Are tanks and plumbing included with the sprayer options?
No. All sprayer options require a customer-supplied tank, tank mounting, and plumbing.
Where is it made?
Buffalo Turbine debris blowers are made in the USA.
What warranty is included?
Buffalo Turbine offers a 10-year limited warranty, with full parts and labor coverage in the first year and coverage that steps down after that. The warranty must be registered within 30 days of purchase.
Note: The Standard requires at least 20 GPM and 2,200 PSI, the Mega requires at least 22 GPM and 2,800 PSI, and both need a case drain port on the machine. Confirm your machine’s auxiliary flow, pressure, and case drain before ordering.

The Buffalo Turbine Cyclone Hydraulic Skid Steer Debris Blower is backed by Buffalo Turbine’s 10-year limited manufacturer warranty, and the hydraulic motor is covered for 1 year. Coverage steps down over the 10 years, from full parts and labor in the first year to prorated coverage on the turbine assembly and frame in later years. The warranty must be registered with Buffalo Turbine within 30 days of purchase, and it is subject to Buffalo Turbine’s terms and exclusions. If a warranty issue comes up, contact Echo Eqpt, and we’ll help you start the claims process with Buffalo Turbine.
Faster Cleanup Over Large Areas
Turbine airflow moves leaves, grass, dust, and debris across wide areas faster than sweeping, raking, or handheld blowers.
Runs on Standard Hydraulics
Both models operate as standard-flow attachments, so most mid- and large-frame skid steers can run them without a high-flow upgrade.
Full Control from the Cab
The wired joystick and 360 degree nozzle rotation let the operator change blowing direction without leaving the seat or slowing down.
Two Models for Different Workloads
The Standard covers routine debris cleanup, while the Mega handles heavier material, including aggregate and snow, on larger properties.
Built-In Motor Protection
The required case drain and the 200 PSI pressure relief valve help protect the hydraulic motor and seals during operation and sudden shutdowns.
More Than a Blower
Optional sprayer and atomizer kits let the same attachment handle insect control, crop spraying, and dust suppression.
- Leaf and grass cleanup
- Parking lots and paved surfaces
- Construction site cleanup
- Golf courses and sports fields
- Parks, campgrounds, and fairgrounds
- Property management and HOAs
- Farm yards and equipment maintenance
- Blowing out poultry houses and livestock buildings
- Racetracks and drag strips
- Solar fields and airports
- Snow removal (Mega)
- Dust suppression (with atomizer kit)
- Insect and crop spraying (with sprayer kit)
