Estimated shipping only — your final shipping cost is confirmed at checkout.
The SHIELDS ASV Max Cab polycarbonate windshield replaces the curved factory front glass on ASV machines equipped with the Max Cab windshield design. It is formed to match the original glass, including the mounting-hole pattern, and precision-milled so the original hardware can be reused without additional mounting hardware.
Choose from 1/4″, 3/8″, or 1/2″ clear polycarbonate, with a 1/2″ tinted option also available. SUPERCOAT™ is applied to both sides for abrasion resistance, UV protection, and continued windshield wiper use.

What does this windshield replace?
This windshield is designed as a polycarbonate replacement for the original curved front glass used on ASV Max Cab applications.
How do I confirm fitment?
SHIELDS requires the machine model when ordering this windshield. Confirm that your machine uses the ASV Max Cab windshield design before ordering, and contact us if you’re unsure.
What thicknesses are available?
The windshield is available in 1/4″, 3/8″, and 1/2″ clear polycarbonate.
Is a tinted windshield available?
Yes. Tint is available in 1/2″ polycarbonate and has 50% light transmission. The tint is built into the material rather than applied as a film.
Can I reuse the original mounting hardware?
Yes. SHIELDS forms and machines the windshield around the OEM glass design so the existing hardware can be reused with any of the available thicknesses.
Can I use the factory windshield wiper?
Yes. SUPERCOAT™ is designed for abrasion resistance while allowing normal windshield wiper use.
Can I apply aftermarket tint film?
SHIELDS does not recommend aftermarket tint film because SUPERCOAT™ resists adhesives, which can cause films and decals to peel.
Is the 1/2″ windshield forestry or ballistic rated?
No. Thickness alone does not establish a forestry or ballistic rating. Confirm the protection requirements for your application before use.
Note: SHIELDS lists this windshield by the ASV Max Cab design and requires the machine model when ordering. Confirm that your machine uses this windshield shape before ordering rather than relying on the Max Cab name alone.
Common Compatible Machines

SHIELDS windshields are covered by the manufacturer’s limited warranty for qualifying manufacturing defects, subject to its terms and exclusions.
Improved Impact Resistance
Polycarbonate provides greater resistance to impacts and breakage than conventional glass for demanding equipment applications.
Long-Lasting Visibility
SUPERCOAT™ helps resist scratches, UV damage, and hazing while allowing continued windshield wiper use.
OEM-Style Fit
The curved shape, milled edges, and mounting-hole pattern are designed around the original windshield so the factory hardware can be reused.
