What JCB windshield does this replace?
This windshield is designed for JCB bolt-on windshield configurations using OEM #335/B2145 or #335/B2146.
Is this windshield available in different thicknesses?
No. The bolt-on replacement is offered in 1/2″ polycarbonate only.
What is the difference between the wiper options?
One version includes the milling required for the factory windshield-wiper hardware. The other is made without that hardware milling.
How do I know if I need wiper-hardware milling?
Check your existing windshield. If your current bolt-on window has wiper hardware mounted through the windshield, choose the milled version.
Is tint available?
Yes. Choose clear or 50% light-transmission tint.
Is the tint an applied film?
No. The polycarbonate material itself is tinted.
Can I continue using my windshield wiper?
Yes. Select the version with wiper-hardware milling when your machine uses a windshield wiper. SUPERCOAT™ is designed for normal windshield-wiper use.
What if my current polycarbonate windshield is gasket mounted or glued in?
This product is specifically for the bolt-on configuration. If your existing JCB polycarbonate windshield is gasket mounted or glued in, use the appropriate side-wiper or bottom-wiper windshield instead.
Do I need new mounting hardware?
The windshield is designed around the supported existing bolt-on setup. Verify that your current mounting hardware is complete and suitable for reuse before installation.
Is this windshield ballistic-rated or certified for operator protection?
No. SHIELDS does not assign a ballistic rating to its polycarbonate windshields or warrant them for a particular bodily-protection application.
Note: Compatibility depends on your machine using the bolt-on windshield configuration associated with JCB OEM #335/B2145 or #335/B2146. Always verify the OEM number and existing windshield setup before ordering, as model alone does not guarantee fitment.
Common Compatible Machines
JCB: 135, 150, 175, 190, 205, 210, 215, 225, 250, 260, 270, 280, 300, 320, 3TS-8T, 3TS-8W
SHIELDS warranty terms apply to qualifying manufacturing defects. Inspect the windshield and confirm fitment before installation.
Replace the factory bolt-on windshield without changing the cab setup.
The windshield is formed and machined around the supported JCB bolt-on configuration so the existing mounting arrangement can remain in place.
Keep your windshield-wiper setup.
Choose the version with hardware milling when your machine uses the factory windshield wiper.
Get coated polycarbonate on both sides.
SUPERCOAT™ helps protect the windshield from abrasion during normal cleaning and wiper use while also helping resist UV-related hazing.
Choose clear or tinted material.
Select clear polycarbonate or 50% tint depending on your preferred visibility and light level.
