The Stinger Skid Steer Hydraulic Dump Bucket gives your skid steer or compact track loader extra dumping reach for loading high-sided trailers, containers, hoppers, and trucks. The bucket pivots forward from its frame, helping you clear taller sides without relying only on the machine’s standard bucket dump angle.
Available in 6′ to 10′ widths with capacities from 1.1 to 2.0 Cu. Yd., it combines a reinforced underframe with a 1/4″ Grade 50 shell, reversible bolt-on cutting edge, wear skids, greaseable pivot points, and welded hydraulic cylinders for demanding material-handling work.

How does a hydraulic dump bucket increase dump height?
Instead of relying only on the skid steer’s loader arms and bucket rollback/dump angle, the bucket itself pivots forward from its support frame. This lets the machine stay at full lift height while the attachment reaches farther over the edge of a trailer, container, or hopper.
What sizes are available?
The bucket is available in 6′, 7′, 8′, 9′, and 10′ widths with capacities ranging from 1.1 to 2.0 Cu. Yd.
Which size should I choose for my skid steer?
Choose based on your machine’s operating capacity, overall width, hydraulic system, material density, and the type of loading work you plan to do. Larger buckets are not appropriate for every skid steer simply because the mount fits.
Does the Hydraulic Dump Bucket require auxiliary hydraulics?
Yes. The bucket uses hydraulic cylinders to operate the dump mechanism and must connect to the machine’s auxiliary hydraulic system.
Can it be used for loading high-sided trailers?
Yes. High-sided trailers, containers, trucks, and hoppers are exactly the types of applications where the additional dumping reach can be useful.
Is the cutting edge replaceable?
Yes. The bucket uses a replaceable 3/4″ × 8″ bolt-on cutting edge.
Can the cutting edge be reversed?
Yes. The double-bevel cutting edge is reversible, allowing the opposite edge to be used as the first side wears.
Are the pivot pins serviceable?
Yes. The 1″ pivot pins are both greaseable and replaceable.
Does it have wear protection underneath the bucket?
Yes. Stinger uses 1/2″ wear skids to help protect the bucket during ground contact.
What mount does it use?
The standard skid steer configuration uses the universal skid steer quick attach. Stinger also offers other common mount configurations, so mount requirements should be verified before ordering.
Can I use the 10′ bucket on any skid steer?
No. The 10′ version has a 2.0 Cu. Yd. capacity and needs to be matched carefully to the machine’s lift capacity, stability, width, hydraulics, and the density of the material being handled.
Note: Compatibility depends on your machine’s mounting system, auxiliary hydraulics, lift capacity, operating capacity, machine width, and the specific bucket size selected. Larger Hydraulic Dump Buckets require substantially more carrier capacity than smaller versions. Always verify your machine’s specifications before ordering. A model appearing below does not guarantee compatibility with every bucket size or machine configuration.

Stinger provides a 2-year manufacturer warranty against defects in material and workmanship from the date of delivery to the original purchaser.
Reach over taller sides.
The hydraulic dump mechanism lets the bucket tip forward independently from the loader arms, giving you additional dumping reach when loading trailers, containers, trucks, or hoppers.
Keep the machine at full lift height.
Rather than sacrificing height to achieve more bucket dump angle, the attachment provides its own hydraulic dumping motion at the top of the lift cycle.
Choose the capacity that fits the carrier.
Five widths and capacities from 1.1 to 2.0 Cu. Yd. make it possible to match the bucket more closely to the size and capability of the skid steer or compact track loader.
Service the parts that take the abuse.
A reversible cutting edge, wear skids, replaceable pivot pins, and greaseable joints make the high-wear components easier to maintain over the life of the bucket.
