The TM Manufacturing Mini Warrior Skid Steer Log Splitter is built for mini skid steers, mini track loaders, and compact utility loaders. It gives smaller machine owners a real hydraulic log splitter without needing a full-size skid steer, standalone splitter, or separate engine.

The Mini Warrior is part of TM’s affordable Warrior lineup and is aimed at residential and light commercial firewood work. It uses a 4″ cylinder, runs off the machine’s auxiliary hydraulics, and can be set up with a single split wedge, 4-way wedge, or both. It is a strong fit for acreage owners, small tree service crews, hobby firewood users, and compact loader operators who want to split rounds from the seat of the machine.

Features

4″ Cylinder: Built for faster cycling and 20 to 25 tons of splitting force.
30″ Stroke: Gives enough stroke length for common firewood and larger residential rounds.
Single Wedge Option: Better for first-splitting larger or tougher rounds.
4-Way Wedge Option: Better for breaking cleaner rounds into smaller stove-size pieces.
Removable Wedge Setup: The single wedge can be removed and replaced with the 4-way wedge.
Optional Regen Valve: TM’s regen valve can be added to new or existing TM splitters for faster splitting speed.
Skid Steer Mount: Built for skid steers and compact track loaders with the right mount and hydraulics.

Warrior 24 Stroke: 24″
Warrior 24 Cylinder: 4″
Warrior 24 Weight: 530 lbs
Splitting Force: 20 to 25 tons with the 4″ cylinder
Wedge Options: Two-stage single wedge, 4-way wedge
Regen Valve: Optional
Hydraulic Power: Machine auxiliary hydraulics

What is the Mini Warrior best for?
The Mini Warrior is best for compact-machine firewood work, including home firewood, small acreage cleanup, light commercial use, and tree service cleanup wood.

Is this for full-size skid steers?
No. This page is for the Mini Warrior, which is built for mini skid steers and compact loaders. Full-size skid steer operators should look at the standard Warrior, Heavy Duty, Pro, or Pro 2 models.

How much splitting force does it have?
The 4″ cylinder produces about 20 to 25 tons depending on the hydraulic pressure of the machine.

What wedge should I choose?
Choose the single wedge for larger, knotty, twisted, or uneven rounds. Choose the 4-way wedge for cleaner wood when you want smaller stove-size pieces faster.

Can I get both wedges?
Yes. The Mini Warrior can be ordered with the single wedge, the 4-way wedge, or both.

Does it need its own engine?
No. It runs off the auxiliary hydraulics on the mini skid steer or compact loader.

Does the regen valve work with it?
Yes. TM’s regen valve supports TM log splitter models and is used as a cycle-speed upgrade. Increases cycle time by 33%!

What should I confirm before ordering?
Confirm your machine mount, hydraulic couplers, hydraulic flow, hydraulic pressure, lift capacity, stroke length, and wedge package.

Note: Match the splitter to your machine’s lift capacity, hydraulic flow, hydraulic pressure, couplers, and mount. Smaller walk-behind loaders may need extra attention because the splitter weight plus log weight can add up fast.

Built for Mini Machines

Designed for mini skid steers and compact loaders, not full-size skid steers.

Affordable TM Splitter

The Mini Warrior is the compact entry point into TM’s splitter lineup.

Single or 4-Way Wedge

Use the single wedge for larger or tougher rounds, or the 4-way wedge for making smaller stove-size firewood.

Fast Compact Splitting

The 4″ cylinder and smaller wedge are built for faster cycle time compared to larger TM splitters.

- Acreage owners splitting firewood with a mini skid steer.
- Homeowners using wood stoves, fireplaces, and outdoor fire pits.
- Small tree service crews breaking down cleanup wood.
- Farmers and landowners cleaning up fence lines, trails, and wooded areas.

I purchased a grapple bucket here, Stinger RG looks like its built to withstand the beatings of brush clearing and rock picking. Here's an update, absolutely love this grapple bucket, I cleared ¼ fence line of small trees, few times I got really abusive to the grapple, it took it like a king!
