The TM Manufacturing Pro 1 Skid Steer Log Splitter is built for operators who split a lot of wood and want a heavier production splitter without paying for the Pro 2 interchangeable wedge system. The Pro 1 keeps the setup simple with a fixed Pro Series wedge, viewing window, and three available stroke lengths. It gives you the commercial splitter build TM is known for, but without the tool-free wedge swapping found on the Pro 2. What is the difference between the Pro 1 and Pro 2?
The Pro 1 uses a fixed Pro Series wedge. The Pro 2 adds the patented interchangeable wedge system for switching between different splitting heads.
Does the Pro 1 have interchangeable wedges?
No. That is the main difference. Choose the Pro 1 if you want a simpler production splitter. Choose the Pro 2 if you want tool-free wedge changes.
What stroke lengths are available?
The Pro 1 is available in 24″, 30″, and 36″ stroke lengths.
Which stroke length should I choose?
