ARTEEGG | Grass Saver Grapple
The ARTEEGG Grass Saver Grapple is designed by a tree crew, for a tree crew. It is built for the work tree services actually do every day, feeding chippers, carrying logs, grabbing brush, cleaning up twigs, moving trailers, and getting out of a customer’s yard without tearing up the lawn.
This is not a generic root grapple trying to be a tree grapple. The Grass Saver design combines a smooth lower pan, round tube front edge, clamshell-style sealing edges, bypass teeth, flexible torsion spring arms, side rope bollards, a built-in front hitch, and a bottom replaceable brush for sweeping up fine debris. The goal is simple: grab more tree waste, leave less mess, and protect the customer’s property while you work.
Features
- Grass Saver Design: Round tube front edge and smooth lower pan help float on turf and reduce lawn damage.
- Clamshell-Style Edges: Cutting edges fully seal to help contain smaller debris, twigs, and fine material.
- Bypass Teeth: Alligator-style bypass teeth bite into wood waste, limbs, brush, and logs.
- Torsion Spring Arms: Allow side-to-side flex to help hold tapered logs more like a two-jaw grapple. Up to ~4 each side.
- Side Rope Bollards: Built in for controlled rope anchoring during tree service work.
- Front Hitch: Included for moving trailers around the yard, shop, or jobsite.
- Better Visibility: Tapered body helps the operator see the front corner of the grapple.
- Built In Replaceable Broom : Protected bottom cavity is built to hold replaceable mounted brooms.

Who is the ARTEEGG Grass Saver Grapple built for?
Tree crews. It is made for feeding chippers, loading logs, grabbing brush, collecting small debris, and working on customer lawns without making a mess.
What makes it different from a normal grapple?
A normal grapple usually focuses on grabbing logs, roots, or debris. The Grass Saver is built around tree service cleanup, with a smooth bottom pan, round tube edge, sealing clamshell edges, bypass teeth, rope bollards, front hitch, and broom.
Which model should I choose?
Choose the GS60 for smaller loaders, tighter yards, and lighter machines. Choose the GS80 for full-size skid steers with at least 2,500 lbs of loader capacity.
Can it grab small twigs and cleanup debris?
Yes. The clamshell-style cutting edges are designed to fully seal and help contain smaller material that many open grapples leave behind.
Is it good for logs?
Yes. The bypass teeth and torsion spring arms help hold wood waste and tapered logs better than a flat, rigid grapple jaw.
Will it protect turf better than a root grapple?
That is the point of the design. The round tube front edge and smooth lower pan are designed to float on turf instead of digging into sod like aggressive root grapple teeth.
Does it come ready to hook up?
The grapple includes flat-face couplers and an attachment plate based on your machine selection. Avant mounts include a Faster two-port hydraulic coupler.
Note: Match the model to your loader size, lift capacity, hydraulic setup, and mount. The GS60 fits compact loaders and smaller skid steers better. The GS80 is intended for full-size skid steer loaders with 2,500 lbs capacity and up.
