Estimated shipping only — your final shipping cost is confirmed at checkout.
The Stinger Skid Steer Stump Grinder turns your skid steer or compact track loader into a dedicated stump-removal machine with a 25″ cutting blade, cupped carbide teeth, and a direct-drive radial piston motor. It reaches up to 12″ below grade to help remove stumps and root material below the finished surface.
Choose Standard Flow for machines producing 15–26 GPM or High Flow for machines producing 27–45 GPM. Both versions use the same compact grinder platform with replaceable cutting components, a scooped deflector, motor protection, and a safety step for a practical setup on landscaping, land-clearing, and property-maintenance jobs.

What is the difference between the Standard Flow and High Flow stump grinders?
The difference is the hydraulic flow range. Standard Flow is designed for machines producing 15–26 GPM, while High Flow is designed for 27–45 GPM.
How do I know which flow option I need?
Check your machine’s auxiliary hydraulic specifications and select the version that matches its actual output. Do not choose based only on whether the machine is marketed as “standard flow” or “high flow.”
How large is the cutting blade?
The Stinger stump grinder uses a 25″ diameter blade.
How deep can it grind below grade?
The current Stinger specification lists a maximum cut depth of 12″.
How many carbide cutters does it use?
The grinder uses 15 upper and 15 lower cupped carbide cutters.
Can the cutting components be rotated?
Yes. The grinder uses rotatable knives with three positions to make more use of the cutting edges before replacement.
Are the teeth replaceable?
Yes. The cutting teeth are designed for straightforward replacement as they wear.
What type of hydraulic motor does it use?
The current version uses a radial piston motor with direct drive.
Does the stump grinder require a case drain?
The current Stinger specification lists the case drain as standard. Verify that your machine has the appropriate case-drain connection before ordering.
How much does the attachment weigh?
The stump grinder weighs approximately 575 Lbs.
Does the High Flow version cut deeper than the Standard Flow version?
No. Both versions use the same grinder platform and 25″ blade. The flow option changes the hydraulic configuration rather than the stated maximum cut depth.
Can I run the High Flow version above 45 GPM?
Stinger specifies a maximum of 45 GPM for the High Flow model. Verify your machine’s hydraulic output and do not exceed the attachment’s specified range.
Note: Compatibility depends on your machine’s universal skid steer quick attach, auxiliary hydraulic flow, case-drain setup, hydraulic connections, operating capacity, and specific year/configuration. Standard Flow requires 15–26 GPM; High Flow requires 27–45 GPM. Always verify your machine’s specifications before ordering. A model appearing below does not guarantee compatibility with every configuration.

Match the grinder to your machine.
Standard and High Flow options cover a broad 15–45 GPM hydraulic range, letting you select the drive configuration that suits your carrier.
Grind below the finished surface.
A maximum 12″ cut depth helps remove stump and root material below grade so the area can be backfilled, graded, seeded, or landscaped afterward.
Make better use of cutting components.
Rotatable knives and replaceable carbide components help extend service life and simplify maintenance as the cutting system wears.
Control debris while you work.
The scooped deflector and protective structure help contain chips around the cutting area while shielding key components.
