The Stinger CROG Compact Tractor Grapple is a lightweight yet heavy-duty grapple designed for compact tractors, mini skid steers, and small skid steers. Built as a lighter version of Stinger’s proven ROG grapple, the CROG delivers powerful clamping force and durable construction while keeping weight low to maximize loader lifting capacity.
Constructed with AR200 steel tines and reinforced grapple arms, this attachment is designed for handling logs, rocks, brush, and debris during land clearing and property maintenance. With a wide 28-inch grapple opening and tight 3-inch tine spacing, the CROG provides strong gripping power while allowing dirt and small debris to sift through the grapple.
What size tractor is this built for?
The CROG is designed for compact tractors in the 15–65 HP range where weight and lift capacity matter most.
Why is AR200 steel important?
It allows the grapple to stay lightweight while still being strong enough for real work, which helps maximize your tractor’s lifting ability.
Do I need dual grapples or a single?
Single grapples work well for smaller widths, while dual grapples are better for uneven loads like logs or brush piles.
What can I use this grapple for?
It’s ideal for handling brush, logs, rocks, roots, and general cleanup around properties or job sites.
Will this work for picking up small debris?
Yes, the tine spacing allows dirt to fall through while holding onto brush, sticks, and material.
Is this strong enough for heavy work?
Yes, the backbone frame and AR200 steel construction are designed to handle real-world use without adding unnecessary weight.
Why not go with a heavier grapple?
Heavier grapples reduce your lifting capacity, and this is designed to give you the best balance of strength and usable lift.
Designed for compact tractors, mini skids, and small loaders where weight and efficiency matter.
