  • FAQs

What makes a vertical grapple different from a root grapple?

A vertical grapple works like a rake, letting dirt fall through while grabbing material, making it ideal for land clearing.

Is this overkill compared to lighter grapples?

Yes, but that’s the point, it’s built for bigger jobs where lighter grapples bend or struggle.

What kind of material can it handle?

Logs, roots, brush piles, demolition debris, and large uneven loads.

Why are the tines spaced wider?

Wider spacing allows dirt to fall through, so you’re not moving unnecessary material.

Do I need a large skid steer to run this?

Yes, this is best suited for mid to large machines due to its weight and capacity.

Will it clamp uneven loads well?

Yes, the independent grapple lids allow each side to clamp down separately for better control.
