Product Overview

ECHO | X3FL Fork Lift Tire Handler
  • Description

The ECHO X3FL Forklift Tire Handler is a specialized tool designed to safely lift, rotate, and install large agricultural tires using a standard forklift. Built off the proven X3 tire handling platform, this unit allows tire shops, farm service shops, and equipment dealerships to handle heavy tractor and sprayer tires without the need for a skid steer.

Unlike most tire handling tools, the X3FL features a self-contained 24V power system, allowing it to operate independently of the forklift’s hydraulics. Operators control the handler using a wireless handheld remote, giving them the ability to precisely position large tires during installation or removal.

Designed specifically for handling tractor tires, combine tires, and sprayer tires, the X3FL provides a safer and more efficient solution for agricultural tire service and maintenance.

    Features

    • Self-contained 24V power unit requires no hydraulic or electrical hookup from the forklift
    • Mounts directly to forklift carriage by replacing forks for quick attachment and removal
    • Wireless remote control allows operation from inside or outside the forklift for better visibility
    • 100° forward tilt allows tires to be safely laid flat for storage and transport
    • Optional hydraulic rotation provides precise control for aligning hubs and lug holes
    • Based on the proven X3 tire handler platform used in the field for large ag tires
    • Designed specifically for forklift use in shops, farms, and equipment yards without loader equipment

  • FAQs

Does this require hydraulics from the forklift?

No, the X3FL is completely self-contained with a 24V power unit so it does not need hydraulic or electrical connections.

How does it mount to the forklift?

You remove your forks, slide the carriage under the mounting lip, and latch it into place with the built-in locking system.

What size tires can it handle?

It is designed for large agricultural tires ranging from about 48" up to 100"+ depending on setup.

Why use this instead of forks or chains?

Forks and chains lack control, while the X3FL allows you to safely grab, rotate, and precisely place tires during installation.

What is the benefit of the forward tilt?

The 100° tilt allows you to lay tires flat on pallets, which is safer and more stable than leaning them against walls or equipment.

Can I operate this by myself?

Yes, the wireless remote allows a single operator to control the unit and even step off the forklift for better visibility during installation.

    Who is this built for?

This is ideal for farms, tire shops, agronomy centers, and dealers that rely on forklifts instead of skid steers for tire service.
